secondo quanto indicato dall\u2019autorizzazione all\u2019esercizio rilasciata generale mediante fasi meccaniche tecnologicamente interconnesse, ove necessarie, di macinazione, vagliatura, selezione granulometrica, separazione della frazione metallica (deferrizzazione) e delle frazioni minerali e\/o di componenti merceologiche indesiderate per l\u2019ottenimento di frazioni inerti aventi granulometria selezionata e caratteristiche geotecniche idonee per le successive applicazioni e\/o destinazioni d\u2019uso dei materiali prodotti.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1749c3ae elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1749c3ae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I rifiuti cos\u00ec trattati vengono destinati principalmente all\u2019impianto in sito per la realizzazione di prodotti che hanno cessato la qualifica di rifiuto (c.d. \u201cEnd of Waste \u2013 EoW\u201d), costituiti da aggregati legati con legante idraulico tecnicamente definiti conglomerati cementizi o misto-cementati, conformi alle norme tecniche di settore UNI EN qualora applicabili.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al fine di procedere alla valutazione del comportamento ambientale dei prodotti realizzati dall\u2019Impianto viene effettuata la verifica di eco-compatibilit\u00e0 mediante l\u2019esecuzione dei saggi di ecotossicit\u00e0 in conformit\u00e0 al Regolamento n. 1272\/2008\/CE del 10\/12\/2008 e s.m.i. (c.d. \u201cRegolamento CLP\u201d) e dei testi di irritanza e corrosivit\u00e0 cutanea, eseguiti secondo le metodiche analitiche internazionalmente riconosciute.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-423898ce elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tra i prodotti non legati sono presenti aggregati industriali di recupero mono-inerti (ECOPORT 3) realizzati con diversa granulometria in funzione del loro specifico utilizzo.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gli aggregati industriali pluri-inerti, destinati alla produzione di conglomerati cementizi, hanno composizione variabile ed in generale sono costituiti da:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-595f3a61 elementor-align-start elementor-icon-list--layout-traditional elementor-list-item-link-full_width elementor-widget elementor-widget-icon-list\" data-id=\"595f3a61\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" marginali esaminati non hanno mostrato fenomeni di tossicit\u00e0 acuta n\u00e9 di tossicit\u00e0 cronica e che gli stessi non sono irritanti e\/o corrosivi per l\u2019uomo durante il loro impiego.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f5e0594 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f5e0594\" prodotti industriali ECOPORT non sono pertanto pericolosi anche ai sensi delle disposizioni vigenti in materia di trasporto di merci pericolose su strada (ADR) e su ferrovia
